These updates are included due to an update in P2i for these areas:

• Contract negotiation - enable the ability to approve or reject a contract prior to it being ready for signing.

• Electronic signatures - using Docusign to electronically sign the contract (refer to Electronic signatures)

How will these features benefit Funded Organisation users?

• Improved Efficiency:

  • Ability to have the order of signatories sign the contract electronically replicate the wet signature procedure.

• Enhanced Collaboration:

  • Advance viewing and commenting upon a draft contract leading to accurate contracts and progressing to signing processes faster.
